40 Minutes (Natural Light) session including 15 professionally edited high quality digital photos. $12 for each additional photo. There will be an $80 non refundable initial payment required to book.

Our main studio is in Rosenberg, TX. We do work with 3rd party studios as well, but there will be a cover charge and a travel fee (if applicable). 

This package is $170 for the first hour and then $120 per each additional hour. There will be an $100 non refundable initial payment required to book. You will receive all photos taken in digital format.

27 Day time professionally edited high quality (Interior and Exterior) photos with 2 days turnaround. Additional photos will be $15 each.

 2 professionally edited high quality exterior photos.  Additional photos will be $20 each. This service could only be purchased as an add-on to the day time photography package.

3 professionally edited high quality exterior photos. Additional photos will be $15 each. Wind Conditions determine Aerial Photography appointments. $1 Million liability coverage and Operated by an FAA Certified Remote Pilot.

2-3 Minutes of video walkthrough. There will be an additional $100 when including drone footage. In-person narration will be an additional $100. All the musics and sound effects used are fully licensed.

The price is for properties up to 3,000 SQ FT. There will be an additional $70 charge for properties between 3,000 and 4,500 SQ FT or an additional $100 charge for properties between 4,500 and 6,000 SQ FT. $50.00 for additional 3 months of hosting, (first 3 months included with purchase.)

Up to one minute of real estate agency profile video to showcase the personality, the character and ultimately, the value that agent provides. All the musics and sound effects used are fully licensed.

An exclusive microsite that showcases a property’s complete list of features and amenities. Custom URLs will be an additional $50.
